Our Services
We're here for you from those first contractions all the way through those beautiful, exhausting early weeks at home. With warmth, evidence-based guidance, and hands-on support, we help your family navigate labor, delivery, and the postpartum transition in whatever way feels right for you.
We serve the following areas in the Puget Sound region: South King County, Eastside (up to Redmond), South Seattle, West Seattle, Tacoma, and Northern Pierce County.
As part of our commitment to health equity and access, we are both Washington Medicaid/Apple Health-approved doula providers. Investment: $2,800
Our birth doula care combines compassionate presence with evidence-based guidance to support you through labor and delivery. We provide continuous emotional and physical support, help you understand your options at every stage, and advocate for your preferences with your care team. Whether you're hoping for an unmedicated birth, planning an epidural, or navigating unexpected changes, we're there to hold space for you, offer comfort measures, and ensure you feel informed and empowered. Your birth is yours, and we're honored to walk alongside you through it.
This package includes:
Two prenatal visits at your home or a mutually agreed location
24/7 phone and text support from hire through birth
One in-person postpartum visit within the first week.

Investment: $70/hr day or night
Our postpartum doula care offers compassionate, hands-on support as you navigate the early weeks and months with your new baby. We provide evidence-based guidance on feeding, newborn care, and recovery while helping your whole family adjust to this transition. Whether you need help with infant soothing techniques, emotional support as you heal, assistance with daily tasks, or simply a reassuring presence during those overwhelming moments, we're here for you. We believe the postpartum period deserves just as much care and attention as birth itself, and we're honored to support you as you settle into parenthood.

Our combination package offers continuous support from labor through those early weeks at home. You'll have us by your side during birth—providing emotional support, comfort measures, advocacy, and evidence-based guidance—and we'll continue walking alongside you with 20 hours of postpartum care. During those postpartum visits, we help with feeding support, newborn care, recovery, and whatever else comes up as your family adjusts. It's care that flows naturally from one stage to the next, meeting you wherever you are in the journey.
